  had a good coffee but took to long to get half and hour on a busy day mixed up our order and didn't really have much of a apologie for anything think i will try somewhere else next time friendlier too.

  i recently purchased a cake from your taree branch, upon ordering the cake the staff member misinformed me of the opening hours, telling me that i could collect my cake at 5:00PM on a saturday,i also checked this on your online webpage to double check which also said 5:00PM, but when i arrived at your taree branch at 4:50PM the shop was empty, i entered believing that it would be open and that i would find a staff member inside, upon doing this i set of an alarm and had to spend 20 minutes sorting it out with the local security.
  i also have the following problems with your product;
  - i was told it would serve 30 people and upon opening i discovered it would only serve 30 people if the serves were 1cm by 1 cm ,
  - also i paid $85 for the said cake only to discover it was the same as the $27 cake with $58 worth of value in to small boxes filled with chocolate shavings that i have to place on the cake myself, this annoyed me as i had asked the staff member at the Taree branch if she could decorate a standard cake with the shavings which she refused, so i am very confused at why she couldn't sell me the same shavings with a standard cake.
